The outdoor garden was amazing, the dinner and breakfast was fantastic, and the staff/restaurant servers were so incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The staff was even able to accommodate a massage with last minute notice. 10/10 experience would definitely stay here again.

Tadashi-san and Yuki-san were without question the best hosts we've had in a while. Their care and help were outstanding and the house itself was extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt at home for our nine nights, I will definitely be back if I have the chance!

The hosts were very welcoming and always happy to help us with our questions! I would recommend this guest house to anybody considering to visit Kyoto. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from some major tourist attractions. The hosts also suggested a walk around the neighbourhood with some lovely quiet/calm temples.

Situated in Kyoto, 800 metres from Heian Shrine, Hotel Material features rooms with free WiFi access. Great Design, clean, and in a good position. The staff has been very kind and helped to return a lost item

Objekat Tassel Hotel Sanjo Shirakawa je smešten na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Kjoto, i to u četvrti Higashiyama Ward, na 5 min. The room was large, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the seperate toilet to the bathroom also. Facilities and location were great and the staff were so lovely.
