Calm and tasteful interior, woody scent, quiet, beautiful outdoor garden. Lovely spacious room with open bath, comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere, fun teaware to play with. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. Kaiseki dinner of the inhouse restaurant was also delicious and well presented.

Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei -Age Requirement 12 over- ligger i Kyoto och har ett fitnesscenter, en trädgård, en restaurang och en bar. Amazingly helpful staff that made reservations at great restaurants. Beautiful breakfast restaurant overlooking a lovely garden. Great food. Lovely Japanese touches to the architecture and rooms. Perfect location for exploring Kyoto's sights.

Guest House Nishimura - Vacation STAY 13438 ligger i Kyoto, 14 minuters promenad från Eikan-do Temple och 1,6 km från Shoren-in Temple, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Nishimura-san and his wife were really adorable with us ! Everything in their home is beautiful and made us felt like home. The location is extremely convenient to visit touristic places and Tadashi Nishimura gave us a map with a recommanded tour which was really useful !

Our favourite stay during our trip to Japan. The hosts were very welcoming and always happy to help us with our questions! I would recommend this guest house to anybody considering to visit Kyoto. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from some major tourist attractions. The hosts also suggested a walk around the neighbourhood with some lovely quiet/calm temples.
