Amazing apartment in Shibuya, was perfect for our family of 4.. plenty of room and large comfy beds. kitchen and bathroom were modern, clean and well equipped, we even did a load of washing with ease. Also in really great location, just a short walk from Shibuya crossing, shopping & restaurants. Although unmanned hotel, check in was super easy on the tablet. Staff were friendly and very quick to reply with any queries online, highly recommend this property! :)

In reception english speakers. And you can't find that in the rest of the country. Everything was made thinking about silence. How the doors were closed... amazing! Capsules are big and comfy. Common area is really nice. Shower area, unbelievable great!!
