It’s like home away from home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not to mention they were all good looking as well. The egg Benedict’s for breakfast were excellent. One of the best ones I have ever had! The pool on the top floor was also a very good place to chill and relax with the park in view. The sparkling white wine is super good too for non alcoholic drinkers. Sit outside when the weather permits to people watch. The sound proofing was great too as we could not hear the car noises even though we were on the second level.

Amazing apartment in Shibuya, was perfect for our family of 4.. plenty of room and large comfy beds. kitchen and bathroom were modern, clean and well equipped, we even did a load of washing with ease. Also in really great location, just a short walk from Shibuya crossing, shopping & restaurants. Although unmanned hotel, check in was super easy on the tablet. Staff were friendly and very quick to reply with any queries online, highly recommend this property! :)

Tobu Hotel var endurnýjað í desember 2015 og er í 7 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá JR Shibuya-lestarstöðinni, en það er staðsett í miðbæ vinsæla Shibuya-svæðisins. The location was perfect near to everything, the Staff were amazing and helpful, especially the supervisor. We came to tokyo for 4 nights and then left for a week to other cities, so we asked them to keep our luggage until we returned back to tokyo. They kept it safe. 100% when I come back to tokyo, my 1st option will be Shibuya Tobu Hotel.

The Shibuya Creston Hotel is an absolute hidden gem of a place to stay. It's very close to everything you could want to see and do in Shibuya, but just far enough away to be extremely quiet. I ate breakfast at Restaurant Nigoume in the hotel two days - the Western-style breakfast one day, and the Japanese-style breakfast another. Both were excellent. The staff was beyond friendly, and very accommodating to my non-Japanese-speaking self. I would definitely stay there again.
