It’s like home away from home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not to mention they were all good looking as well. The egg Benedict’s for breakfast were excellent. One of the best ones I have ever had! The pool on the top floor was also a very good place to chill and relax with the park in view. The sparkling white wine is super good too for non alcoholic drinkers. Sit outside when the weather permits to people watch. The sound proofing was great too as we could not hear the car noises even though we were on the second level.

Also in really great location, just a short walk from Shibuya crossing, shopping & restaurants. Although unmanned hotel, check in was super easy on the tablet. Staff were friendly and very quick to reply with any queries online, highly recommend this property! :)

The location was perfect near to everything, the Staff were amazing and helpful, especially the supervisor. We came to tokyo for 4 nights and then left for a week to other cities, so we asked them to keep our luggage until we returned back to tokyo. They kept it safe. 100% when I come back to tokyo, my 1st option will be Shibuya Tobu Hotel.

The staff was beyond friendly, and very accommodating to my non-Japanese-speaking self. I would definitely stay there again.
