Located in the heart of Tokyo just a 5-minute walk from the East Exit of JR Iidabashi Subway Station, Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo offers comfortable rooms with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The location was more than perfect, 5 minutes walking from Iidabashi Metro Station to reach every spot in the city. 20 minutes walk to the Imperial Palace. The neighborhood was quiet compared to crowded tourist locations and with combini stores and restaurants nearby. The workers were very polite. We were surprised how big the hotel is, with a mini-mart and a beautiful Patisserie. The room was a bit small but comfortable and very clean. Also the laundry room was very convenient.

Excellent customer service, very close to the stations, reasonable size room, very clean and freshly ground coffee. Extremely helpful staff, Ceilo - thank you, I think that is her name when I check in, well spoken English. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel again.

Room is typical size. The staff did go over and beyond to help me even when their English is limited but what was needed was understood. I really enjoyed how the Staff is AWESOME!!!!!

It was a in a great location. It was really easy to take train and go other places of Tokyo. It was near Akihabara, so I liked it. Everybody was so nice in the hotel, very helpful. Laundromat service is very good and easy to use. No need to bring a lot of clothes. Definitely staying there when I come here again.
