Even before we arrived, I was asking them a lot of questions since we were arriving late. They always responded within the day. One of my friends left her phone in the hotel. They immediately checked the room and gave us complete details on how we could have it shipped. Check in and check out process is simple and easy through the electronic tablet. Though the room walkways were a bit cramped, the beds were spacious and comfortable (especially the pillows and duvets). I also liked the big drawers under the bed. We were able to store a week's worth of clothes in it so we didn't have to open our luggages everyday. The restroom and shower room are separate and it was more efficient for us since we could use them simultaneously.

For Tokyo standards the apartments are super spacious with a balcony included. Having a laundry & balcony was also very handy and loved how it was in a local neighbourhood but still central. Even though there is no reception there are staff at Hotel Sails who are amazing & are more than happy to help out. The apartments are kept clean & are a great value options for families or groups of 3 or more.
