Excellent location, good wifi, clean room, friendly staff. Yamato baggage service available. I send my baggage here from the airport then later asked the hotel to send my baggage to kyoto. Located a 3-minute walk from JR Akabane Station, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Akabane provides modern rooms and free WiFi. The hotel is near the station. The room is spacious. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. I had to work on my laptop while staying, and I was glad the chair and table were suitable for working. On some floors there are vending machines, ice cube machines, and microwaves. The check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Really good value for money if you just want a place to sleep and relax at the end of the day, <5 min walk from station, stored our luggage on the day before check in time, nice buffet breakfast, big twin beds, good size room, clean, fresh towels every day, heated mirror in the washroom, front desk accepted an Amazon delivery for us. The staff were really polite and kind, and made it feel like home.

Great hotel , Good Value , Good location Room is not big, a bit small but OK. Room is very clean, There's free Breakfast 6:30-9:00 (Onigiri with many assorted), Many kind of soups, juice, vegetables juice, coffee, tea. // Pyjamas are available free!! you can ask at the lobby. Staff are very helpful. You can walk about 8 mins to train station, metro. There's Supermarket, convenience store, restaurant not far from hotel Recommend!!!

Keep in mind that it was my first time in Japan, and I don't travel often to begin with so this review is coming from an inexperienced traveler. I thought this place was great to stay in. The location isn't too far from the Akabane Station (it's about a 10 minute walk), but if you have a lot of luggage it might be a little bit inconvenient. I only stayed for a week and just had a backpack and a carry on so it was fine. The front desk staff was really nice, they do speak some English so checking in and out was simple. If you're staying for an extended period of time they let you select your cleaning days (cleaning happens from 10am-3pm) and then they explain to you that your new towels will be hung on your door daily. The location is convenient because right outside of the hotel there's a cool area with a bunch of places to eat and drink as well as a Family Mart that's right across the street. The best part was that the 7Eleven around the corner has a 7bank ATM (I think all of them do), that accepts VISA as well as most other credit cards so if you forget to do the currency exchange at the airport like I did you can still get yen here. The facility is very clean and the elevator is fast. I stayed in a smoking room and never noticed any weird smells or anything, the room also comes with a nice AC unit and air freshener if you're concerned about that. The bathroom was perfect for me, but if you're taller than like 5'10" I can see how it would feel a little bit cramped. For the price it was amazing and the cleaning crew cleans the room and the bathroom really well.
