Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake offers comfortable individually decorated rooms with free WiFi and spectacular night views of the bay area. It houses a convenience store, a restaurant and a cafe.... The staff were really accommodating especially for a fact that we do not speak Japanese fluently.
