Very hip and chill part of Tokyo, right on a really great walking/biking trail that used to be rail line. So many restaurants, bars, shopping within walking distance. The entire team from front desk to cleaning were all super friendly, kind and helpful. Very well-designed building with a welcoming neighbourhood front porch vibe at the front entrance. Folks of all ages in the neighbourhood come to the coffee shop in the lobby and hang out on this ‘porch’. We tried many of the room types because we wanted to stay in this hotel longer but due to their calendar couldn’t stay in the same room for an extended period. If you can book the larger rooms, it is worth it. We felt so comfortable and welcomed here that we were happy to stay in any room there, to be honest. There’s also a well-curated vinyl collection that you can borrow from as each room has a record player. If we return to Tokyo, we will definitely stay here.

Location right above the station and many places to eat. Local super markets to buy groceries and souvenirs too. Denenyoshi line direct to Shibuya and other hub stations to transit.

I booked this room as a "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of Central Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Located just 8 minutes from Sakurajosui Station, it's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of character. The host, Yumi, is an amazing person. One of the warmest people I've met on my travels. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, a record player in the shared space. It was a great experience and the value for your buck is absolutely insane. I will say that if you do book here, try to do more than a few days. I felt like I was becoming a part of the neighborhood right when I had to leave after 3 days of being there. Highly recommended, everything was amazing, even down to the cool set of keys each guest receives for the house. Will definitely re-book in the future.

Our stay here was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the host, who speaks fantastic English. The accomodation is the entire 2nd floor and is very roomy. Something about the atmosphere of the house encourages good, sound sleep. "Cozy house" is exactly right. The location is also fantastic... a quick walk to the station, but set in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a traditional, relaxing accomodation option.

This room was a great value, which is what I wanted, but I was surprised and delighted by how much was included. The high-tech bath and drying room combo was wonderful. It was also packed with amenities and all the kitchen utensils someone might need to enjoy Tokyo for a long stay. The manager even provides oil and basic spices for cooking. Now I'm now hoping to bring my entire family to this unit next year.
