The staff has been more than helpful and even took some time to suggest us some events and restaurants in the city.. The room has all kinds of amenities and is clean (except a little dust on the tv)

The staff was great! We noticed that they were of different nationalities and they speak very good English which was very helpful. Communicating with them was easy. They were also very accommodating. They even booked taxi services and received packages for us. :)

The spacious and clean room, it even has a separate study room which can be used to store luggages to free up the space in the living/bedroom area. The convenient location to at least three subway stations, all within walking distance, nearest being 7mins and furthest is 20mins. The staff are generally very helpful, friendly and polite. Though the hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the bustle of shopping malls etc, there are 7 eleven (just opposite), lawsons, fairmart and restaurants nearby. We personally feel that the mattress and pillows are comfortable. There is only one room on each floor which make it feels exclusive

The room was exactly as described. Very clean and large enough for my family of 4 with space to spare. The common area had a kitchen and large table where we could relax together between excursions. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. The hotel was just a minutes walk from so many amazing places to visit. Having a train station close by was another benefit since we wanted to visit Tokyo Dome and other locations to far to walk.
