Homey atmosphere which is suitable for the family. The staffs are welcoming and also speak almost perfect English. The room is big ,cozy and well equipped with useful amentities. Highly recommend to anyone who travel with big family.

The spacious room is well taken care of and clearly very new. The photos are exactly as it is. You can choose to get the room cleaned daily. It is a clean and well decorated space. We used the projector to watch Netflix at night, and took baths every day we were there. The bathtub takes forever to fill, but it is a nice "onsen" feeling after a day of walking. The morning breakfasts were delicious and the attention very polite. Traditional Japanese breakfast that is already set from 8:30 to 10:30am. We really liked the style and the quality was very good. Simple foods, but everything you need to start the day with a happy belly. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even with a language barrier. Even for simple things like wishing a good day, we used Google Translate but the good intentions were clear. They also helped us bring our suitcases to the taxi and spoke to the driver to make sure we were going to the right destination. They also brought our suitcases up and down the stairs (no elevator, be ready for the classic Japanese steep stairs!) We also ordered something online and had it delivered at the hotel and they brought it to our room once it arrived. We enjoyed being within walking (~15-20 min) distance from a couple of our favourite neighbourhoods. The metro is also ~12 min away. It has a Family Market right across the street so if you need anything, you just need to come down.

The bathroom is very clean. Its location is so convenient. Lots of friendly faces. The entertainment system is also fun.

도쿄 내 훌륭한 곳에 자리한 APA Hotel Ueno Ekimae에서는 뷔페 조식, 무료 Wi-Fi를 제공합니다. 해당 숙소에는 투숙객을 위한 24시간 프런트 데스크, 레스토랑 등이 구비되어 있습니다. 마츠자카야 우에노에서 7분 거리에 있는 이 숙소에서는 금연실 이용이 가능합니다. 위치도 역과 가까운 편이고, 침대 밑에 캐리어를 둘 수 있다던가, 난방 시스템 혹은 테이블, 욕탕등의 시설이 모두 기대 이상이였습니다. 침대도 깨끗하고, 과도할정도로 많이 타월을 갈아주셔서 엄청나게 편하게 있을 수 있었습니다. 아무래도 좀 논란이 있는 브랜드이지만, 가격 및 시설의 만족도가 엄청나서 여러모로 좋았네요.
