Location is perfect - cross Lawson and within a walkibg distance to most Onsens. The service is excellent. The owner is very helpful. Highly recommend if you visit Kinosaki Onsen.

The location is great, close to onsens and food store right outside. Host was fantastic, very friendly and kind, and knowledgeable about the area.

Common area and the room were very clean, the futon was really comfortable as well.. Affordable yukata rental comes with good selection of design and Kotani-san (the staff) teaching us how to fold the furoshiki bag. 😄 He speaks fluent English and is absolutely helpful, giving us recommendations around Kinosaki. We thorougly enjoyed our stay! Thank you! ❤️

The staff was super nice and attentive. This is a very traditional ryokan which is very near the Kinosakionsen train station.

Absolutely loved the location, it is a little further from kinosaki onsen but the town n onsens usually shut down by 9pm so this works out well. The hosts are also very very helpful. They drop you off and pick you up from the onsen area and the metro station.
