Offering a barbecue and ski storage space, AIBIYA is located in Yamanouchi in the Nagano Region, 2.5 mi from Jigokudani Monkey Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was much better than pictures show. Overall was a very good experience. Will definitely come back and stay there again.

A 7-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Yorozuya features hot spring baths, a hot tub and Japanese-style rooms with a private terrace and private bathroom. Best onsen I've ever been to. Beautiful venue. Delicious food

A 5-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Tawaraya offers Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. I opted for the Kaiseki meal with my stay and it was largely very good. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was very central to the station and bus stops to attractions like the Monkey Park. Staff were helpful and attentive, and the outdoor hot spring bath was beautiful and well maintained. It was on the pricier side but the value was also high.

A small 6-room inn with Ryokan meals and cozy interiors, Yasuragi is just a few minutes drive to Jigokudani Monkey Park and an 8-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station. Hot-spring baths are featured.... The owners were super friendly and helpful. Their food was incredible and the Onsen was relaxational bliss.

Aburaya Tousen offers luxurious contemporary Japanese-style accommodations with an amazing 11 types of hot-spring baths and free WiFi. Dinnner, room and the private sauna and onsen (yes, there were both in the room!) was fabulous. The room also came with a dining room where the chef came to prepare dinner..

A 3-minute walk from Yudanaka Station, Hotel Tsubakino features indoor and outdoor hot spring baths with a vista of snowy mountain peaks. The hotel offers Japanese-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel has the Japanese architecture style which is brilliant and the rooms are amazingly spacious. We had mountain views and it was spectacular to wake up and see the snow fall outside our window. The staff members are fabulous and liking to help with anything we asked for. The breakfast is delicious on both options, Japanese and western. Loved everything about this hotel.

Boasting both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, Kamei-no-Yu is traditional accommodations surrounded by beautiful Japanese garden and ponds. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. The staff was just beyond wonderful.

Yudanaka Seifuso is located in the Yudanaka hot springs area, surrounded by scenic mountains. It features 3 hot spring baths and traditional Japanese-style rooms with tatami-mat (woven-straw)... It was a super authentic Ryukan experience, the host was super friendly and courteous. We recommend booking the authentic breakfast and diner for full experience. If you travel as a couple there is even a private onsen you can use together. Everything was super Clean. 100% recommendation

Located a 7-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Hotel Housei offers free WiFi access, indoor/outdoor hot spring baths and air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms. Loved staying here. It says it’s a 2 star but I would say it’s more 3/4 stars. Massive rooms and clean and the onsen (indoor and outdoor) are great. The staff are super lovely and helpful. Great location to go skiing at Shingakogen. Lots of great restaurants around or you can eat at the hotel.
