Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Victor Hugo comprises 2 buildings on each side of the street in the financial district about 1 km from the city centre. Location was great as we could walk everywhere (plus -- free mass transit took us where we couldn't walk!)

The studio flat was exactly as described. It was clean, and an easily walkable distance from the main city centre (around a 15 min flat walk). There was also a free tram 5 mins walk from the flat. Check in was extremely easy with us being given the details 24hrs before arrival.
