Situated 4.7 km from SM City Cebu, Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mandaue City offers 5-star accommodation in Cebu City and has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a restaurant. A great location if you want to be near the airport. We started and ended our two weeks of travelling here and it was a great start / end to our trip. The rooms were extremely comfortable, pool / gym were great and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be near the airport for ease of travel.

We loved our stay in the hotel. We had originally booked one night but ended up staying for longer. Our pick up in the airport was on time and Elvin our driver was so nice and knowledgeable about the city, answered all our questions. Room was nicely decorated and very spacious. Reception staff like Arne and Don in the mornings always answered our concerns and were very helpful. We had a full day city tour arranged by the hotel with Elvin and it was amazing, he took us to places we havent even read about but that were totally worth the visit. Overall we loved our stay and would have this hotel as a #1 option if we come back to Cebu.

The staff here are wonderful, polite, and friendly. My room was very clean and great value for money. Set back from the main road, a little difficult for the taxi driver to find initially, but that suited me because it was very quiet and no loud noises. They had a rooftop terrace, which was great to take some drinks with you and watch the sunset or the night skyline. There was a market within a few steps from the hotel and then the main street with Gaisano and 7Eleven stores. There are plenty of bakehouses with fresh breads and cakes and money exchangers. Regular bus services (once you get used to the services and areas) and taxis. I would definitely stay there again now that I became accustomed to the area, bus services, and staff.
