The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. The building looks amazing, especially with the lights on at night, and the rooftop with its bar is perfect. I didn't get the chance to try the restaurant, but there was some live music on the terrasse on Saturday night. We had an ice cream listening to it, it was great ! The breakfast is really good and the room as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again !

Our special day was made even more special by the hotel and the staff. The hotel, the view from our room and the rooftop bar were exceptional. Raquel at reception was also so friendly and made sure we had the greatest time and added a little bonus to make our stay exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary drinks and assisted with everything from car rentals to parking. The culinary experience was outstanding – freshly made omelets and eggs showcased the chef's skill, and the overall freshness and taste were exceptional. I highly recommend CR7 for a perfect blend of luxury, breathtaking views, and top-notch service. It made my time in Funchal truly unforgettable!

The staff were very friendly and courteous including housekeeping. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. We loved the breakfast, pools, gym, and location. It is in walking distance to the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. The room rate is very good as well.
