Jardim da Batalha Boutique Hotel by Shiadu is gunstig gelegen in Porto, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een tuin, gratis WiFi en een gedeelde lounge. - The location of the hotel is very good and convenient, either very close to all the attractions or within walking distance. - The staff was extremely helpful, Miguel took the time to tell us all the main attraction sites we have to see and shared his favorite restaurants with us on the map. - The hotel service really shows the hospitality of Portuguese people, they always made sure that we had everything we needed and we had a pleasant stay. - The rooms were daily and meticulously cleaned. - The room we stayed in was very beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. - We ate breakfast at our hotel every day during our 4 day of stay in Porto. This is quite rare for us as we are foodies. We have learned that apart from croissant and pastries, the hotel staff prepared all the food in the hotel. The food was delicious and you can always grab something after the breakfast time, or have a tea time later on in the day.

The stuff there is incredibly nice, always willing to go the extra mile to make the client happy. The hotel has all facilities needed and the breakfast is delicios.

Pleasant surprise on arrival: we were upgraded to a huge and very quiet family room on the garden side. The hotel, furnished with love and taste, immediately delighted us and we felt very comfortable. Everything was wonderful, comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom (with two showers!), the colour scheme and last but not least the competent and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and the visit to the in-house restaurant on the last evening was also a pure pleasure. Good value for money. We have rarely found such a beautiful hotel and we thank you again very much for the great stay. We will undoubtedly come here again and have already recommended this gem to quite a few friends. Thanks again to the lovely staff!

De locatie was goed. Het ligt rustig en je loopt binnen 15 minuten naar het centrumgebied. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Het personeel bij het ontbijt, de receptie en de schoonmaak waren behulpzaam en klantgericht.
