Beautiful restaurant with stylish decor upstairs, has a view terrace, the breakfast there was pretty good too. Very nice and helpful staff and 10 min walk to old town.

The Parliament Hotel is situated opposite Bucharest's Parliament Palace and just a 10-minute walk from the Old Historical Centre of Bucharest. They ve been very polite!the food ,good!had been a great experience!only a little problem with the toilet but otherwise all great!!!
