Very close to Masjid Al Haram, the hotel is on a little hill but golf carts were available 24/7 upon request to take you up and down. I personally did not feel the need to use them, but it makes sense for older people or people who have bad knees 😅 or even in case you went on a shopping spree after the prayer Hadi, Samir and the rest of the staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming always looking to help and make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah s výhledem na svaté město stojí v samém srdci muslimského světa. I wholeheartedly would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to Umrah. We stayed here for only two night unfortunately, as we wish we could have stayed more. First, This is a very special place perfectly with Kaba view. It is a two-minute walk to inside the Haram. Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and outstanding facilities, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the hidden gem at the Hotel is its staff. Ibrahim Ullal, Syed, Amr, the whole staff was just outstanding. The professionalism, kindness and level of care was truly fantastic. We would really love visit again and again
