The room is big and cozy. The staff is very friendly and trusting. The location was very convenient as well.

Extremely helpful staff, good location to walk around Orchard area and MTR connections. Very clean and nice place to stay. Awesome pool and good breakfast. Comfortable bed, very large room. We would come again.

Location was fantastic. Short walk to two MRT lines ( Red and purple) Short walk to orchard road and plaza Singapura where you can buy groceries, find restaurants and do shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays. Free use of washing machines and dryer. Great for long term stay. Will definitely choose to stay at Lanson again.

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard is a luxurious 5-star accommodation conveniently located next to Somerset MRT Station. There were plenty of food items for breakfast to choose from. Each day there was a different set of main dishes to try. The room was very spacious and well laid out. There were plenty of storage cabinets. The Serviced Suites are located adjacent to one of the mall’s so there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by.
