Busseja kulki tiheästi ja pysäkki hotellin kohdalla. Raitiovaunupysäkille parisataa metriä. Kauppa ja hyvä jäätelökahvila samassa pihapiirissä.

It is new, clean bathroom and room, there is small bridge, nice new Tv, and it close to AUSPARK mall, close to Flixb.s bus Einstanova. It is calm and comfortable hotel with big parking, a little social student lodging, actually there are two parts, one for guests and and one for Erasmus students.
