Kata Sun Beach Hotel offers accommodation a short walk from the southern end of Kata Beach. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool. The location was excellent, the staff were lovely and the room was very nice. One of the nicer places we stayed in Thailand.

Kata Noi Place floor3 is located in Kata Beach, less than 1 km from Kata Beach, 7.1 km from Chalong Pier, as well as 10 km from Chalong Temple. High standard, new and fresh interior. Very nice and helpful hostess. Any issues I just contacted her for fast assistance. She also made sure everything was good by checking with me.

Located in Kata Beach, a few steps from Kata Noi Beach and less than 1 km from Kata Beach, Kata Noi Place provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We loved that we could cook in the apartment, and there’s a convenient store next door. the staff was exceptional and very friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay there.

Ocean views Kata gardens penthouse 6C has a balcony and is situated in Kata Beach, within just 300 metres of Kata Noi Beach and less than 1 km of Kata Beach. The apartment was very well located between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. The staff at Luxe Villas (the management company) were always so helpful. Thanks to all the team! 😁

Located in Kata Beach, 600 metres from Kata Beach and less than 1 km from Kata Noi Beach, The heights ocean views 2 bedrooms B15 offers an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. The view was to die for. The balcony area with the peace and tranquility was even better. The layout of the house was fab and very spacious.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Kata Gardens Penthouse sea view 4C is located in Kata Beach. Great location with amazing sunsets at the rooftop pool, fun spot for happy hour! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk to the nearby beaches. The clothes washer came in handy. We appreciated the management company meeting us even though we came in on a late flight.

Located in Kata Noi, Mom Tri's Villa Royale offers spacious suites with sweeping views of the Andaman Sea. Its 4-star facilities include a public beach, 4 swimming pools and free Wi-Fi. The resort has an incredible location between Kata and Kata Noi. It gives you great seclusion from the busy areas in town. Kata Beach is very busy, but Kata Noi Beach is just perfect. It's a very short walk down some steps to the beach. Both town areas are very close, but you do need to walk up and down a hill or some steps. As for the stay, we stayed in an Ocean Wing suite. If you are thinking about this room, just book it now. It's a private paradise with only 6 rooms, it's own pool, lounge area and just the most incredible sunset. Sai and Ton in the Ocean Wing took care of everything, we felt very pampered there - amazing guys. Most of the time we saw only a couple of other guests in the Ocean wing, so if you are looking for privacy, this is great. Th room was nice, a bit dated but we really were out in the Ocean wing most of the time we were at the resort and not the room. The restaurant was top notch, creative food and nice views. We ended up eating at the restaurant itself once, and then ordered food from time to time directly to the Ocean wing for a private meal.

This is our 4th time returning to this hotel and even in the time of COVID, the hotel and staff didn’t disappoint.
