Delicious breakfasts with choices of local cuisine or continental. Easy to get to from the airport. Inner city location in a neighbourhood rather than a commercial district was wonderful. Markets, restaurants, sights and the metro station which links up to the airport all easily accessed. Best of all were the staff who provided great service. Co-owner Noom is an exceptional host with a friendly, helpful manner and a wealth of local knowledge to make our time in Bangkok the best it could possibly be. She also wears great clothes! Highly recommended.

Packed full with recreational activities, Sivalai Place offers spacious air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Everything was fantastic, the facilities were great, staff/manager were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The hosts are super nice and had plenty of support from them. They even got us a extention when we asked. There is a nice restaurant and laundry on the ground level. And street food available closeby. I'd recommend anyone to spend their first day here as it gives exposure to the true life style of Thai people. As its not right at the touristic hot-spot.
