The facilities were superb and the staff (especially the front desk staff and Khun Kong) made our Chiang Mai trip truly unforgettable. They give you the best of Thai hospitality and words cannot express how their hospitality made our first Chiang Mai trip the best we ever had. There were many guests as well but each one of them gave individualized service and made sure that we all felt safe and welcome.

I really need to mention staff at first place, if I could, I woud give them 100 out of 10 because they really deserve it. They were super nice and helped us in case of any problem, questions or when we just looked tired they cheered us up ☺️. Breakfast were amazing. To be true, I'm fan of bufet breakfast and that's what i'm looking for when searching for accomodation so I've been afraid to choose from menu but those were by far the best breakfast we've had on our trip around Asia (and we did not save money on accomodation and breakfast rating is very important for us). You can select from thai or western options, sweet and savoury and it was all delicious... Since you can select two of them you won't be hungry at all. Room was clean, beautiful, modern and comfortable as well as hotel itself. Swimming pool is very beautiful too, picturesque but expect quite cold watter and deckchairs are in tent (which you would appreciate in 35 degrees 😁)

Ubytovanie The Empress Premier Chiang Mai - SHA Extra Plus sa nachádza v destinácii Chiang Mai 19 min. This was one of the, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of places mostly for business trips. The service level was just so good and the hotel was beautiful. We got an upgrade and had an amazing view. Everything in the room was perfect. They even had some vegan options for breakfast and mentioned it to the chefs when we got there - nothing fancy but it was nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Everything ran really smoothly during our stay and we also got a free shuttle back to the airport. The pool was also nice and the fitness center was the best hotel fitness center I've experienced with good machines and it was clean and inviting.

Bed and Terrace Guesthouse is centrally located between the Old City and Night Bazaar, just 10 minutes' drive from Chiang Mai Airport. We only stayed for one night however the room was very comfortable, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and recommended a great place to have dinner. Will definitely stay again when in Chiang Mai. Great value for money!

Beautiful building and great facilities that come with the booking. Comfortable bed and living room. Lovely owner! He helped us lots and was very flexible with luggage storage. We would recommend the stay without hesitation. We’d love to be back.
