Staff was really friendly. Cleaness is satisfied. Staying with my family (with 3 kids) was really convinient. Parking also very easy. Overall is a good experience.

Well set in the centre of Hat Yai, The Lantern Hatyai Hotel provides free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. I only stay at the Lantern for one night but everything was perfect, smooth checkin / checkout, grat location walking distance to the center and very clean facility.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Hat Yai, Oun Residence provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. We absolutely loved the strategic location it was at! It was a walking distance to some of the places we've planned on the trip: Lee Gardens Plaza, Kim Yong Market, Kai Tod Decha. And even if it wasn't walking distance, riding Grab was very convenient and cheap. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming too, the whole check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. The room was also very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed.

Staff at front desk are very helpful and courteous. The junior suite layout at T05 is very spacious, the sofa bed is comfy too. Love the layout and the good sunlight at the balcony area. Hotel is generous with free snacks and drinks in room. The adapter provided in the room is very useful for travellers. Location is central, there is a nice buddhist temple next to the hotel.
