Overall great experience. The staff is great. The parking and security staff is great. Make sure you call 40 and get room service...food is beyond excellent. Super clean.

I have been there several times and the quality remains very high. In addition, the hotel is very well located, not far from the malls of Tunis and steps away from several restaurants and coffees. The director is a very professional manager, always present for the customers by himself. The staff is very helpful specially in the frontdesk. Breakfast and room service are amazing and very tasteful ! I highly recommand this hotel and I will probably go there again and again for each travel to Tunis.
