We enjoyed the short 10-15 minute walk to the train station and used the train daily to travel into the city center. The staff arranged taxis for us to and from the airport. Visiting the nearby shopping mall and aquarium was a nice treat too!

I cannot find proper words to describe how great this hotel is. We have been given complimentary upgrade to the residence side and the room was spectacular. However what I am delighted the most about are the people. I have been travelling a lot and I have stayed in many expensive and super expensive hotels, however have never seen this level of kindness and hospitality. From the reception, concierge, waiters, unparalleled. I lost my jacket in the cab, they have found it. Incredible. For comparison purpose I will mention Four Seasons Bosphorus where we had lunch yesterday, the waiters do not even come close to the waiters here.

Located at the seafront of Florya, Crowne Plaza offers an indoor and a seasonal outdoor pool. Spa, wellness centre and hammam are also available in the property. My first time at crown plaza but hopefully won't be my last. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. Staff were great and always helpful, facilities are excellent, room is clean, spacious with a nice balcony and comfortable bed. Aqua Florya mall is next door and metro station is few minutes walk.
