Location close to the Marina is very good. Nice park nearby and walking distance to Fenerbahce area. Hotel is new and clean. Rooms are nice and the beds are good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really nice with good and nice food. In general very good experiance and great alternative for the bigger hotels in the area. Will come back here for sure.

All you need to cook yourself a small meal after a grocery shop at Carrefour around the corner. Immaculately clean and very comfortable beds (I've stayed twice in different rooms the last 2 weeks)

This place is awesome for solo travellers like myself and the comfortable apartment is definitely suitable for families.

The owner of the house very friendly and helpful. Appreciate it.
