This downtown Arlington hotel is located 8 km from Washington D.C. It offers a free transfer service to and from Ballston Metro Station and a free breakfast buffet. Free WiFi access is offered. The place was great, the breakfast was good, and the team was wonderful. Plenty of parking places, easy to access, and close to most places.

Way more like renting an apartment than staying at a hotel. kitchen had every applaince and tool you could need for a short stay. Nice view from balcony. Very spacious. Nice neighborhood. 2 metro stops close by. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Quiet building.

I was a little early for check in and the door person Malkum offered to hold my bags till check in. Called me when room was ready a few hours later for an early check in. Staff was super friendly along with residents of the facility. The apartment was super clean and kept well.. the room is centrally located in Baldtin which is a great up and coming neighborhood. So close to DC via Metro for my day trips but I'd rather stay in Balson at night anyways. The neighborhood is super safe also. A++ in my opinion. Great room great rate, great staff. Can't lose.
