Nice neighborhood. 2 metro stops close by. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Quiet building.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Wonderful 1 Bedroom Condo At Ballston With Gym is situated in Arlington. I was a little early for check in and the door person Malkum offered to hold my bags till check in. Called me when room was ready a few hours later for an early check in. Staff was super friendly along with residents of the facility. The apartment was super clean and kept well.. the room is centrally located in Baldtin which is a great up and coming neighborhood. So close to DC via Metro for my day trips but I'd rather stay in Balson at night anyways. The neighborhood is super safe also. A++ in my opinion. Great room great rate, great staff. Can't lose.
