Both the food and vibe are desirable, and you’ll be lucky to be graced by executive chef, James’s, presence. - The rooms are cute and the cleaning was on par. - The location is also great - a long walk or scooter ride brought me to meetings and exploring downtown, and East Austin has a lot to offer, too! Hands down, a perfect stay!

This Austin hotel is located on the access road to Interstate 35, just 2 blocks from the University of Texas. All rooms are equipped with free WiFi access and cable TV. The staff was friendly and gentle. The room was clean and had everything you could expect from a motel. Value for money.

The pictures did not do it justice. When there was a concern about a doorknob, someone was able to come over the next day to fix it. The outside was great with lots of options for sitting.

Distance from downtown is around 25 minutes on foot. There are bus stops just a couple blocks from the apartment.

Comfortable rooms, pretty and super clean. Everything is there (and in it´s place), well designed and thoughtfully arranged. Loved the little patio area and the filtered water (hot/cold) tea station. Great hospitality by the owner (Kathy) & a priceless service! We received fantastic recommendations for restaurants. One feels warmly welcomed and immediately at home.
