Room was very comfortable and decor was modern and cool. Keurig, robes, and toiletries were all nice touches as well as the thick shower towel. Great location in East Austin with so many bars and restaurants. We loved it.

Situated in Austin, 1 km from Festival Beach and 2.5 km from Shoal Beach, Garden Home features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The location was phenomenal. The pictures did not do it justice. When there was a concern about a doorknob, someone was able to come over the next day to fix it. The outside was great with lots of options for sitting.

Guests can benefit from a patio and a children's playground. check-in was super easy, with the instructions provided by Vacasa. The property was super clean. The location is very good, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Distance from downtown is around 25 minutes on foot. There are bus stops just a couple blocks from the apartment.

Fourth& #263 is situated in the East Austin district of Austin, 2.8 km from Shoal Beach, 1.8 km from Austin Convention Center and 3 km from Capitol Building. This was a great location and really well-maintained apartment. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
