Hotel sa nachádza vo štvrti Downtown Los Angeles Arts, 2,7 km od L.A. Live. STAPLES Center je vzdialené 13 minút jazdy. Klimatizované izby majú satelitnú TV s plochou obrazovkou. I was allowed to check in really early for the hotel without an extra charge and they were able to hold my bag for an extra hour whilst I got lunch and before making my way to the airport. The staff were a little frosty to be honest and there is a whole list of rules at reception on what you can and can't do! They watch the CCTV around the property like hawks but I am OK with that as it made the area feel safe. I was not sure what to expect reading past reviews but I was very happy with the room. It was very modern, clean with all the facilities that you needed. The aircon was good and it wasn't too noisy despite the main road. I slept really well here. I am told the area can be a little rough but there were no problems whilst I was here and the bus stop from the Port was right outside the front door. I appreciated them allowing me to check in early too. No complaints from me and very good value for money.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. we felt extremely safe and had no problem with leaving our belongings there throughout the day. it was really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
