Situated in the Garden District of central New Orleans, close to area attractions including the French Quarter, this hotel offers comfortable accommodation, complete with many comforts of home. Front desk ladies were amazing. Especially thank you to Kelly who is amazing and checked us in early in the morning. She made sure we have an excellent start of our stay! Layout of the room was very good. Even though we had loud neighbors (totally understandable we were all here to celebrate halloween).. when in bedroom we couldn’t hear a thing from hallway outside the room or other room behind the wall.

This upscale hotel in the New Orleans Garden District is located on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line. High-speed wireless internet access is included. The room was great with an amazing view

The property looks way better in person than in the pictures, it’s lovely. And the housekeeper Melissa was the sweetest and most helpful ever.

The decor was truly exceptional. Spencer was quick to respond to anything I needed. I also appreciated the detailed instructions. The amenities were top tier. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!
