Well located in the Faubourg Marigny district of New Orleans, Hampton Inn New Orleans French Quarter Market Area is located 3.3 km from Morial Convention Center, 3.9 km from Union Station and 4.2 km... Breakfast was very good. Fresh waffles, omelettes, toast, cereal. Parking is free in the surrounding streets. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We left our car parked and took the cable car into the city. The stop is only a 5 minute walk down the road.

The hotel is very authentic, you will love seating on the porch walking people passing by the street, walking their dog, greeting their neighbour. Decoration is quite nice also, you can feel the years and the history of the place.

Comfy bed but not much room to move in the room and bathroom. Not much of a problem as only used for sleeping. Nice to have parking too.

We loved the room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony was a great place to relax and watch the people below. The kitchen was nice even though we did not use it much except for the refrigerator. April was very friendly and helpful. She was always asking if we needed anything.
