There were a plethora of amenities. The room service food was 10/10 The roof top bar was beautiful 10/10 The food and music at sessions.(The restaurant in the hotel) 10/10 The staff were exceptional. My check in process was speedy. The Concierge were more than delighted to assist with directions. On the second day of my stay it started to rain the gentlemen at the help desk gave me an hotel umbrella for my travels during the day. They left me a birthday card and cake on my birthday. I would definitely stay there again.

Sanctuary Hotel New York is a boutique hotel located 140 meters from Times Square and within 322 meters of Radio City Music Hall. It offers free WiFi throughout the building. I highly recommend it. Very friendly staff and always ready to help, with the smile. The hotel itself is clean, very adequate breakfast, interesting decoration and theme and 2 steps from Time Square. Thank you for these few days.

Housekeeping, concierge and restaurant team were super awesome. Kind and intentionally trying to provide quality service and solutions. Far way beyond all experiences I had in NYC. The room was very spacious for NYC standards. Room was spotless clean. Bathroom was very comfortable for NYC standards. Excellent shower. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Firm in a good way. The location is off charts. I was unaware of how much fun Hell's Kitchen is. Besides broadway shows, lots of bars and trendy restaurants. Did not miss Williamsburg or East Village options.

Offering a restaurant, 3 West Club is located in Midtown New York. Each room here offers seasonal air-conditioning, free WiFi, a coffee maker, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Best NYC location. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing like other NYC hotels.
