Located 322 metres from Times Square, Michelangelo features a 24-hour fitness centre and complimentary WiFi. The team was excellent. Housekeeping, concierge and restaurant team were super awesome. Kind and intentionally trying to provide quality service and solutions. Far way beyond all experiences I had in NYC. The room was very spacious for NYC standards. Room was spotless clean. Bathroom was very comfortable for NYC standards. Excellent shower. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Firm in a good way. The location is off charts. I was unaware of how much fun Hell's Kitchen is. Besides broadway shows, lots of bars and trendy restaurants. Did not miss Williamsburg or East Village options.
