Customer service was top notch. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Situato a Orlando, in Florida, questo resort dista 15 minuti in auto dal Walt Disney World. Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Davvero tutto! L'hotel è pulitissimo, le camere sono grandi molto confortevoli ed hanno tutto ciò che serve per farti sentire come a casa. Il personale gentilissimo! La macchinetta del caffè/acqua calda gratuita è un plus molto gradito! Le navette per i parchi potrebbero essere migliori (sopratutto come orari di ritorno) ma sono gestite da una società esterna. In ogni caso da disney spring a piedi sono circa 25 minuti e in macchina sui 10/15 dollari da tutti i parchi disney😀

Potrete iniziare la giornata con una colazione calda gratuita e poi fare un tuffo in piscina.... we had an amazing stay here, breakfast was fantastic kids loved the mickey mouse waffles, pool area was clean and tidy and the fire pit was great we enjoyed sitting around this on an evening. staff were helpful, all in all 100% would recommend and stay again
