Customer service was top notch. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Marriott's Royal Palms

Located in Orlando, Florida, this resort is 15 minutes by car to Walt Disney World. It offers a gym, outdoor swimming pool and kid's pool, as well as access to nearby restaurants. Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Guests can start their day with a complimentary hot breakfast and then take a dip in the... we had an amazing stay here, breakfast was fantastic kids loved the mickey mouse waffles, pool area was clean and tidy and the fire pit was great we enjoyed sitting around this on an evening. staff were helpful, all in all 100% would recommend and stay again
