This national historic landmark, renovated into a luxury boutique hotel, offers cozy accommodations and 18th century charm. A true gem not far from Philly attractions. Though I was on a business trip, my meetings were a short walking away from Morris House hotel.

The staff is excellent. I’m in a wheelchair, and often need little fixes in a room. The staff are incredible. Prompt, eager, and sincerely kind. It doesn’t feel fake either. It actually feels sincere. The room is excellent for the disabled. Plenty of space. Roll under sink. Perfect shower set up: the shower head goes up and down and becomes a hand held, the bars are sturdy, and the hotel has a shower bench that was brought up for me. So many details to make us wheelchair users comfortable. beyond happy.

Located in the Midtown Village area of downtown Philadelphia, this boutique hotel is one block from the performing arts district Avenue of the Arts. Good service, perfect location

This hotel located in Downtown Historic Philadelphia boasts an on-site restaurant with city views, a fitness centre and a full service spa. The Philadelphia Convention Centre is 322 metres away. staff was so friendly and professional, room was so comfortable and location was great.

This is one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. I loved the sitting room on the first floor and I loved the amenities in my room: a delicious pound cake, a massive chocolate chip cookie (both locally baked), and the various teas on offer. An added bonus was the choice of coffee maker. I love French presses, and this was the first time I had a French press in my room! In addition, the hotel provides complimentary mineral and filtered water. As for the aesthetics of my room, the decor was just lovely. The bathroom in particular was stunning with its turn-of-the -century tiles. Finally, the history of this building made it all the more special to stay here. So glad the proprietors have retained the old-world charm of this lovely dwelling. I have been bragging about this place to friends and colleagues since I checked in and will continue to do so.

Friendly and so helpful. Hotel location very good with most of the attractions only a short walk. Wheelchair access quite good. Food was very nice and rooms clean.
