Location, convenient access to public transportation (streetcars : Red, blues and green lines). Bugdet option, but decent. The hotel is not brand new and fancy, but it offers ewerything thst is needed to stay on a place quite comfortably

The property is located centrally and close to the tram that connects most part of the city. It is located very close to the Convention centre which makes it a go-to property.
