Built in 1874, this Victorian bed and breakfast is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and 3 blocks of city parks. It features gourmet breakfast and evening wine tastings. We loved our stay at Simpson House, the room was excellent, delicious breakfast, it's great stay at a small hotel.

This historic hotel in downtown Santa Barbara is a 5-minute drive to the beach and Stearns Wharf. It is surrounded by an acre of gardens. Guests can enjoy the property's free WiFi as well. Loved the grounds and the garden cottages. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was great. Happy hour wine tastings were a nice touch.

This hotel is within 3.2 km of the Santa Barbara Zoo and Leadbetter Beach and Park. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi and a Starbucks Coffee shop right outside our doors. Amazing location, lovely hotel with beautiful lobby. Our room was on the smaller side but perfectly fine for the 1 night that we were there. The valet service was great, and we took two of the free bikes for a spin down the pedestrianised road that the hotel is on, and down along the beach. So much fun.
