Set in Ha Long, 1.2 km from Vincom Plaza Ha Long, Halong Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. The receptionists are very friendly and supportive. You can also request higher floor for a better view with the balcony. The area are quiet, good for sleep. There are many restaurants and shop in 500m nearby. She also booked for us the limousine bus to Hanoi with very good price and comfortable bus. Would recommend for anyone come to HaLong to book here.

The room was fantastic for the price we got. Lin was really kind and helpful and she helped us get transfers. Highly recommend this hotel it has a great view right outside the hotel. Centre is 20mins walk.

The room is beyond expectations. Staff are professionals and their English in a very good level. Ms. Ha in the reception is great!! We requested a car during disembarkation of our cruise at the pier, in order to transport us to Hanoi Airport for our domestic flight to Da Nang with a very limited time. Ms. Ha arranged everything in details, following up all the time (if we found the driver), even interested if we catch our flight!!!! Ms. Ha is amazing, well trained, friendly, caring and she is an asset for the Best Western Group!! Well done Ms. Ha!!

The view and the surrounding area of Halong bay was absolutely amazing! All The staff extremely nice and friendly, special thanks to Kieu that helped me with everything, orientation, the bike and my sore foot. The location was superb in a residencial, elegant and beautiful area, away from pollution and the noisy city. The accomodation is espectacular, I loved the light system that you could control the intensity. The price is really faire. I could t like it better. Defined I will be back after Catba.
