This is not a standard in every hotel in hanoi. 3. Staff is great, they explain everything you might need.

FTE Ba Dinh Hotel features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Hanoi. Excellent and kind service. Breakfast was great! Clean and modern rooms, bed very comfy. Pool and gym were good. Location is easy from airport and little bit far from old town which is great if you want to avoid the noise and hassle. I’d choose this hotel again for sure!

Staff was very friendly and helpful Helped us also to get lost item from other hotel in Sapa. They also agreed due to early arrival time to use swimming pool and spa and to switch breakfast from day of early departure to the day of early arrival. Very great!

The utensils and equipment were great. The washing machine was also great. I really liked the greenery on the terrace. The space was really big and comfortable. The bathtub was also really good. I think it's suitable for families as well.
