The property was easy to find and it was very clean. Check in was flexible. We stayed two nights and they cleaned the room after the first night as well. Shower was amazing, with plenty of hot water! We will rebook for sure! Highly recommended.

I liked everything😍 the hotel is brand new , the room is spacious, spotless clean and bright with big windows, the blackout curtains make sure you have a relaxing night/ afternoon nap, the bed is huge and comfy , the lighting system is perfect, the toilet has bidet seats , broad variety of food at breakfast , very quiet place , good insulation .

While Hanoi still has a long way to go, their attentive staff looked after our every need. The rooms were all well appointed and the location was definitely a plus.
