My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

The room has full facilities, cozy vibe with soundproof room, it’s the best for quiet people. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations; I expected way less for this price. You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities. (Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.

El Eden Westlake Hotel - se encuentra en Hanoi, a 1,7 km del lago del Oeste. El Art ofrece alojamiento con bar, estacionamiento privado gratuito, salón común y jardín. El mayor problema es la limpieza. Muy muy muy sucio. Recepcionista muy amable. Escaleras para las habitaciones bastante ruidosas, per como decía el mayor problema es la limpieza: baño, ducha, grifería...no limpiada desde que se instaló, una nevera pequeña en la habitación llena de pelos, restos de cosas y huellas de bebidas en la superficie son ejemplos de que ni siquiera se ha limpiado. Esperaba algo básico pero limpio y no ha sido el caso. No lo recomiendo.
