The luxurious Windsor Plaza Hotel towers 25 stories above Cholon District (Chinatown) in central Ho Chi Minh City. It was a pleasure stay for us. The room was quiet and clean. The team was superb from checkin to checkout, especially the young door-man (sorry we don't know his name)- he was very helpful. Would stay here again.

The young receptionist, I think her name was Ng i. She was the only female counter staff. Very helpful, cheerful, friendly and always following up on our requests.She has, all the good attributes of what a frontline counter staff should have. I can't say for the other male counter staff wearing glasses. The other other without glasses is okay. Lady boss also very helpful.

We had an amazing stay, thank you to all the staff for the excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went about and beyond. The cash machine was not working inside the hotel, so the staff walked us to an ATM outside the hotel to use. They could have just directed us. The pool facilities with the swim up pool bar were fantastic, amazing to chill out and relax. The sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room facilities were lovely and clean. Abundance of food and drink availability with the restaurant and cafe options. Breakfast was amazing, and there were lots of different options to choose from on the buffet. Nothing to fault everything was top notch. Staff were amazing and a credit to your service. All staff we came in contact with were friendly, polite and accommodating. From the reception staff with smooth check in and got our room ready early for early check in, to the concierge opening the door and greeting us on arrival to the hotel everytime and helping book tours, restaurant staff amazing and informative of what they had on the menu to offer. The pool staff friendly and helpful, even chasing the pigeons away from the pool area 😀. All staff were very friendly, even the housekeepers and staff in the gym. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
