It seems to be friend visit, rather than the stay at the hotel, so warm feeling the stay gave us! It’s a pity that there is no 11 rating, as this hotel is totally deserves it! There is no words to describe our gratitude and joy, that fills our hearts!

Fantastic Guesthouse in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City. It's down a small side street which meant it was away from the noise of traffic. Room was a good size, clean and the shower was consistently hot. The owner Hien was so lovely! Made us feel very welcome, recommended sights and trips, served an amazing breakfast and free bicycle rental (which were in excellent condition). We had a 6 p.m. bus booked after checking out, she stored our bags and even offered to let us use the shower if we needed it at any point. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

If I had another chance to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely choose Hoianese and stay more nights because of An and Helen! Thank you for everything and make my trip wonderful and unforgettable than ever!

Wonderfully friendly reception staff, extremely helpful and efficient. A special mention needed for the tour guide booked through the hotel who showed us some wonderful food in the close by streets. Over all above our expectations at an extremely reasonable price.
