After reading other reviews, I recommend reading in advance what exactly you are booking. It's not a 5* hotel, but an eco camp. I had booked a simple room with a shared bathroom and that's exactly what I got. Common sense should tell you that cold showers can be unpleasant in cold weather and that hot water is not always available in an eco camp in this location. Because I read it several times: if you don't have a towel in your room, you can just ask for one 😉 .That's great and easy because you get one straight away 🙂 (or for anything else they will also go above and beyond to help you). In any case, I got what I booked... and also breathtaking scenery, the warmest all-round service from all the staff ❤️, cats without end, great local fresh food...and if I hadn't already awarded 10 points for that, then also for the free upgrade after the first night to a room with its own bathroom, hot shower and unobstructed view. Thanks to Hamid (the first person from Jemen I got to know 🙂) and his team for some magical days.

Excellent location with beautiful view of the valley (its not the Dana rift valley but equally beautiful). The huts were small and cosy and clean. The shared bathrooms had all the needed things like the toilet papers, hand wash paper, soaps and shampoo and were clean as well. The dinner is not included in the room rent but we paid for it and had the best food (particularly for vegetarians), in the entire trip of 8 days in Jordan. The breakfast spread is sufficient and good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a km from the Dana biosphere with some amazing walking trails. Loved the place!!

This camp was one of the most memorable places I’ve been in Jordan. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating and hospitable, the food was fresh and delicious, the tent was extremely clean and cozy, and our stay was overall spectacular. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. I got informations about family history business of this hotel, Dana village and about living in Jordan in past and now. Great story telling during excellent dinner. By the way one of the best meals what I ate in Jordan. Hotel is authentic and has terrace with nice view. Dana nature reserve is wonderfull destination, not overcrowded by tourist. For sure is worth it to visit! I got also practical informations like bus schedule, hike possibilities,.. For sure I would like to come again:)

The property is in great condition, and the owner Ramzi is very accommodating and friendly. It is brand new with a rooftop and dining area. The food there is also really delicious and comes from local farmers. Definitely recommend this place!
